Another British Transport Film

With the present day concerns about how two inches of snow can disrupt trains in the Southeast of England, here is a fine black and white movie from the Age of Steam called Snow Drift at Bleath Gill:

In this morning's Daily Telegraph, Boris Johnson takes some wild swings at politicians and railway operators. Some of it isn't quite right (Adelante trains are actually new trains!) but the thought that the government minister in charge of transport is personally tinkering with the modern day Bradshaw timetable is truly scary.
